What is Included in my Tent rentals in wisconsin, dells?



The price of the tents includes set up and take down for the event unless it is a pop-up tent. The price of the tent does not include tables and chairs. Our setup days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday depending on when we are in your area. We will then take down your tent on Monday or Tuesday. If the tent needs to be set up or taken down on a specific day, on the weekend, or after business hours an additional fee may be added.


Due to damages to the sidewalls, all sidewalls are now a paid rental. White sidewalls can be ordered for $11 per 20ft. All Clear Sidewalls can be ordered for $27 per 20ft section and Cathedral Window Sidewalls can be ordered for $27 per 20ft section. This does not include installation. If you want installation, it is an additional $6.50 per sidewall




Is my area large enough for a tent?



Add 10 ft to the length and width of the tent to allow for the ropes and stakes. The tent will perform better if it's on flat level ground but the tent will lay with the land if it is not flat. Tents can be put up on grass, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. Fees will be applied for blacktop drilling and plugging. Cement blocks are also available for an additional fee. Be sure to let us know the surface of your area. Site inspections can be done fee. Most of this fee will be taken off of your rental cost if you book with us.

Diggers Hotline



Diggers Hotline will be contacted by D&S Part Tents. By paying your down payment and/or signing the rental agreement, you are giving permission for Digger's employees to come onto the property and mark all underground wires. They will come out anywhere between 10-0 days before installation. An apt. for a certain time cannot be made with them. Please give D&S Party Tents instructions to where you are placing the tent so your entire property does not need to be marked.
