Get to know Us



David & Sada Gallick



David is a former mechanic for UPS where he worked for 15 years maintaining brown package cars and semis. He is a “jack-of-all-trades” who builds most of our rental products including farm tables, benches, staging, and wooden arbors. You are most likely to see him on crew setting up events. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family, going on adventures, and watching the history or discovery channels. He also loves to play tank games on the computer.


Sada is a former teacher for the Adams-Friendship School District where she taught special education, 4th and 5th-grade regular education, and was a math coach for the district. She uses her planning skills to help you create your perfect event. You will most likely find her working in the office and answering the phones. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and relaxing around a campfire.



The Kids



Audra Gallick



Crew Leader



Audra is the oldest of David and Sada's three kids. She has worked in all aspects of the business from being a crew leader, to answering phones, creating quotes, and going to bridal shows. If you ask her what her favorite job to do is, she will say setting up the tents. Audra is a sophomore in college at Loras University where she throws on the track team and is studying to be a physical therapist. In her free time, Audra enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, going fishing with her brother, hunting, kayaking, camping, going to concerts, and traveling.



Bethany Gallick



Crew Member/ Future Crew Leader



Bethany is David and Sada's middle child. You will find her on the job sites throughout the summer. She is one of the best workers D&S has and always makes sure everything is done correctly. We consider her a workaholic as she never turns down the opportunity to work and would like to take over the business someday. She is a doer and does not like to be behind a computer. Bethany is in her first year of being a crew leader. In her free time, Bethany loves going on motorcycle rides, riding the jetski, hanging out with her family, traveling, playing volleyball, going to concerts, and doing adventurous activities.



Slade Gallick



Crew Member, Warehouse Manager, Groundskeeper



Slade is David and Sada's youngest child and does many different tasks needed for the business. He is their groundskeeper, a crew member, helps with maintenance and anything that is needed to keep the business going. Slade would also like to take over the business someday. In his free time, Slade loves tinkering and creating things, flying remote control airplanes, going fishing with his sister and his Uncle Ryan, and is working on getting his pilot's license.



The office Staff



Katy Anderson



Katy works in the office and is an integral part of D&S. Many of the emails and quotes you receive will come from Katy. She is a former teacher for the Adams-Friendship School District and joined D&S after her retirement from teaching in 2021. In her free time, Katy likes traveling, going hiking, spending time with her family, playing frisbee with her dog, and playing rummy with her husband.



Lucie Bitsky



Lucie has been with us for 5 years and has been a huge asset. She has worked as a crew member, crew leader, and social media manager, and has represented us at bridal shows. This year Lucie is taking on a bigger role in the office and will be helping with phone calls, quotes, and other office items. In her free time, Lucie loves to show cows, hang out with her family, work on her family farm, and play with her new puppy River.



The Crew Leaders



Andy Grimes



Andy has been with our company for four years now and has been a shining star. He quickly moved up to a crew leader and became someone we relied on frequently. He has since taken on a full time position and is David's right hand man helping in maintence projects and keeping our fleet going. In Andy's free time, he enjoys going on motorcycle rides, fixing motorcycles, traveling, fishing, and cars.



Abe Cook



Abe has been with us almost from the beginning. This year he is moving up to crew leader! We are so excited to be able to give him this opportunity. Abe is a sophmore in college at Wartburg where he is on the basketball team and is on their virtual gaming team. In Abe's free time, he enjoys playing basketball, playing video games, and hanging out with his friends and family



Caleb Grant



Caleb has been with our company for eight years. Caleb is a huge asset and is often seen on some of our biggest jobs. Caleb is someone we rely on often as he knows how to get the jobs done, making sure everything is perfect for our customers. In Caleb's free time, he works at a local food pantry, likes to help others, and enjoys being with his family.



Jayme Rubeck



Jayme joined our crew in the spring of 2023. He caught on quickly and was able to move into a crew leader position after only 1 month of being with us. Jayme has been a huge asset on our team. In his free time, Jayme loves to play basketball, snowboard, watch movies, hang out with friends, and work out.



Garret Gould



Garret is a former principal and athletic director for the Adams-Friendship School District. Since his retirement, he has been filling in and helping us out. Garret brings a great energy to our team. In his free time he enjoys all sports, reffing, and being with his family.

The pets



Maybell



You will often see Maybell on David's crew. She goes wherever he does. Maybell loves to be on the crew and tends to sit by the trucks in the morning so she doesn't get left behind.



Emmi



Emmi is Bethany's dog and is often seen with her. Emmi is working on being Bethany's diabetic-alert dog.



Onyx



Onyx is often found in the office sitting on Katy's desk and trying to get her attention. He also loves to sit on the warm printer and watch the papers come out. You will most likely see him if you visit us.
